Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
